I'm a relatively happy married male, 47, professional, well educated and fit. I should have everything, right? I'm not perfect but I do enjoy chatting with others, learning about them, providing and receiving advice -- or just simply chat. My wife and I talk, but it's always about something -- never just chat. Our S-- life isn't great either but that's not why I joined this site. I'm a consultant, fresh from leaving a lucrative public position, but I find I have lots of down time. When my wife gets home, we go through our routines, including purposeful talk. I have friends indeed -- most are stuck in an office so chatting is near impossible. Many of my friends are women so I am very comfortable with women. In a nutshell, I’m simply looking for married females who enjoy "internet" dialogue. If that morphs into more personal modes of chat, that's fine. I'm referring to webcam or just audio. If you happen to live in my area, and you are comfortable, having a coffee isn't out of the question. I don't consider what I'm seeking as "cheating" -- it is something I'll never have with my wife. I knew it when we married -- 18 years later, it has not changed. She is a different person than I am -- that is just life and I accept it. In my old career, I often went for drinks or coffee with my female friends after work. It was always a cathartic experience and never ended in anything physical. Plus, my wife knew where I was and who I was with at all times. She has accepted that we are compatible but different. Sounds odd but it works. Anyway, I've blathered on enough -- if you think chatting with me might fill any void in your life, give me a shout. I'm real, no hidden agendas and very private.
