We are a Christian married couple living in the western Atlanta suburbs and looking for a married couple for freindship and fellowship. We do not have a whole lot of time since we have children and demanding jobs, but once in a while we would like to get together for food and conversation, maybe a board game, maybe a movie, etc. The couples who go to our church are too busy, already have friends or just don't seem to be interested in forming new friends for fellowship. (We were previously divorced and then married eachother about 3 years ago, although we have known each other since 1980!)
My wife is a great cook and I love to eat. I like to do wood-working and outdoor activities (hiking and canoeing mainly). We are both interested in learning new things, traveling and sight-seeing, enjoying things around Atlanta, etc.
We do not smoke or drink and would appreciate finding another couple who does not smoke or drink (although social drinking would be ok). But we are not strict or "fundamentalist" and are fairly open-minded. We have "issues" occasionally in our marriage and with our children, so we are not perfect nor do we think we are.
We are trying to do right by each other and with our children though.
