I'm a health worker who likes to keep in shape on my days off who is looking for friendly chat and maybe days out with females only please. I'm 43 years old, married for nearly 25 years, 5ft 7inch with a fairly muscular slim body. Short hair which is going grey and I do have groovy glasses. I'm into all sorts of music - 70s & 80s rock and modern Indie bands as long as they play their own instruments and write their own music.
